We realize the time and financial commitment a trip to Alaska involves..we gladly meet the challenge of providing you with your best possible Alaska Adventure.
Chef Terry joins us for his 5th year. He is a year-round Homer resident. This big easy going guy looks like a logger, but cooks like your grandma. His specialties are slow cooked meats and fresh fish. He loves Alaska and has a real gift for photography. He can be spotted fishing the rivers or at the fishing hole, “catchin’ something fresh for dinner”. Wendy joins us as her 2nd year as our reservations and guest services manager. She is a long time Homer resident and the only Alaska native on staff. She grew up in the interior of Alaska and has some wonderful stories to share. She is a pro on the activities in Homer –where to go & what to do when you are not fishing. Wendy oversees the housekeeping staff, cooks the morning breakfast, and pretty much keeps things running smoothly.
